Scanning is available on the first, third, fifth and sixth floor through the Ricoh printers.

Most of the printers in the building, such as the Ricoh 7503, use scan router to deliver your scans to your Windows desktop. Please email the help desk to program a button with your name and configurations on your computer.

First floor:

Suite 1015, Computing Lab Scanning available on the Ricoh 1107 and the Ricoh Aficio MP 5500c

– This color printer feature scanning to email and folder (for some). Please note that large scans will fail when tried to be sent by email.

Third floor:

Mail Room, Ricoh 7503
Public Policy, front desk Ricoh C5503
Features: scanning to email with significant size restrictions and scans to your thumb drive

Fifth floor:

5320, Social Welfare Mail room Scanning available through the Ricoh 7503

Sixth floor:

6338, Public Policy Mail room Scanning available through the Ricoh 7503
