UCLA's Institute for Transportation Studies Director Brian Taylor and Associate Dean Anastasia Loukaitou-Sideris recently visited India's state of Gujrat. Their focus was to attend the Vibrant Gujrat Summit, as part of the Centre for Environmental Planning and University development plan for the city of Patna.
