The information below describes the curricular requirements for students enrolled in the MSW degree program.
Year One (for both Micro and Macro track students)
Year Two for Micro track students (Social Work with Individuals, Families, and Groups)
Year Two for Macro track students(Social Work with Organizations, Communities and Policy)
Please note the following:
- Students must take at least one course outside of the Department of Social Welfare.
- Extra courses may be required for CalSWEC, IUC, School, and other special training programs. Consult your graduate advisor for information.
- A minimum of 76 units is required for graduation.
