Gilliam, Jr., the dean of the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, will be one of the three expert panelists during the Jan. 28 Los Angeles Mayoral debate, it was announced on Monday.The debate, which is being co-hosted by NBC Channel 4 in Los Angeles and UCLA, will be held at Royce Hall on UCLA's campus. It will be broadcast live on NBC4 from 7 to 8 p.m. and continued as a webcast from 8-8:30 p.m. on www.nbcla.com.
