UCLA Urban Planning alumnus Alvaro Huerta (M.A. 06) recently published a commentary in both the Santa Monica Mirror and in UCLA Today critical of Arizona's recent, controversial law aimed at undocumented immigrants.   Mr. Huerta is currently a visiting scholar at the UCLA Chicano Studies Research Center and a Ph.D. candidate in City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley.
