Master's students who enter without substantial prior experience in planning are required to complete up to eight units (300 total hours) of fieldwork.
All students are eligible to participate in off-campus internship opportunities. The Luskin School of Public Affairs regularly solicits internship listings from area alumni/ae and other employers. Students in the department have worked at a variety of local organizations, including community development corporations, public agencies, and private consulting firms.
