The Schedule of Classes [1] lists courses by Quarter and Department. Select the Quarter and Public Policy for the Department to get a list of courses.
The Fall Quarter 2012 Course Grid [2] shows the schedule of MPP ccourses in a grid format.
Although there is no annual schedule of courses, courses often follow a simiar pattern in the annual schedule. You can check courses offered in previous quarters by clicking on these links: [3]

Special workshops and events can be found on the Department Calendar [6].
The Department's course descriptions can be found in the Public Policy Courses [7] section of the UCLA Catalogue. In addition, you can view courses offered by other departments buy searching the online UCLA Course Catalogue [8].
Syllabi for MPP courses are on the course web page. The individual course links on the Schedule of Classes have a link to the "Course Webpage" which in turn have a link to the course syllabus. Please note that syllabi for the upcoming quarter are usually posted during the first week of classes.
