Dean Franklin D. Gilliam, Jr., in a Frameworks Institute blog [3], comments on New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s recent statements: “…the research literature firmly supports the finding that there is a strong correlation between high levels of income inequality in a society and civil, social, and political unrest. So why hasn’t his warning resonated with the American public?
