Please join the UCLA Luskin Department of Social Welfare for a festive
afternoon to celebrate its alumni.
Guests will enjoy a
cocktail and hors d'oeuvre reception, a chance to network and reminisce with fellow
alumni,
as well as a short program
announcing and honoring the
2013's Joseph A. Nunn Social Welfare Alumnus of the Year.
Continuing the tradition of giving
back as part of our celebration, the "cost of entry" will be a gift
of a toiletry item for residents of the Downtown Women's Center,
a nationally recognized day center
and residence serving homeless women.
All toiletry gifts should be in
sealed or/or unopened packaging.
Items of greatest need:
toothbrushes; travel-size toothpaste; deodorant:
Band-Aids; sunscreen; and hair brushes.
Please note: Medication donations are no longer being accepted.
