The Department of Public Policy at the Luskin School of Public Affairs at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) invites applications for a part-time lecturer position (Non-Senate) with primary responsibility for teaching an introductory undergraduate course in Public Policy for Summer Session 2014. The six-week terms include Summer Session A (June 23-August 1, 2014) and Summer Session C (August 4 1-September 12, 2014).
The Department of Public Policy offers an undergraduate minor and a Master of Public Policy degree.
We are looking for applicants who can teach Introduction to Public Policy, a gateway course to the undergraduate minor in public affairs.
Applicants with a Ph.D. preferred in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Urban Studies or other related disciplines. Applicants who are advanced to candidacy or equivalent will be considered.
