Fiduciary responsibility for governance of The Foundation and management of its holdings is vested in the Board of Directors.

Corporate, Foundation and Research Relations
Corporations and foundations seeking to engage with UCLA through philanthropy, intellectual property opportunities, technology transfer, recruiting, research alliances and continuing education can do so through the office of Corporate, Foundation and Research Relations  (CFRR).
Donor Relations is available to provide customer service and address general questions you may have related to your giving. Donor Relations can also assist in connecting you to the appropriate development office to answer your questions or facilitate your next gift.
The UCLA Fund  provides an exciting way for donors to direct giving to the department, division or school of their choice. Relaunched in early 2007, the Fund provides maximum flexibility and expanded opportunities for givers to connect with what excites them most about what’s happening at the University. Donors enjoy special benefits and membership courtesies for their participation.

Questions regarding bequest language, charitable remainder trusts, gift annuities and the transfer of assets such as real property, closely held stock, and tangible personal property can be answered by the Office of Gift Planning .
Women & Philanthropy at UCLA
Women & Philanthropy promotes women’s giving, volunteerism and leadership at UCLA.
