Pay by space parking is available on level 6 of Parking Structure 5. Use Parking Structure 3 as an alternate\, located on the corner of Sunset Blvd. and Hilgard Avenue. Pay by space parking is located on level 1 of Parking Structure 3. \nOnly cash and credit cards may be used at campus payment stations/kiosks. Pay stations accept Visa\, Mastercard\, Discover\, and American Express for your convenience. Pay stations only accept $1\, $5\, and $10 bills and do not give change in the form of cash or credit. Park in an unmarked space and place permit on your car dashboard so it is visible. \n  \nLand and Labor Acknowledgement \nAs a land grant institution\, UCLA acknowledges the Gabrielino/Tongva peoples as the traditional land caretakers of Tovaangar (Los Angeles basin\, So. DESCRIPTION:For better than half a century\, Professor Martin Wachs was a leading educator\, researcher and influencer of transportation policy and planning at UCLA\, UC Berkeley and the Rand Corp. This afternoon event will bring together some of his many former students\, colleagues and friends to reflect on his impact as a teacher and mentor\, his legacy as a planning and transportation scholar\, and his dedication to influencing policy and practice for the better. \nThis event is part of the Urban Planning at 50 celebration at UCLA Luskin.
