A convenient new feature of the MPP application this year enables you to complete your application for the program and upload most of the other supplemental required materials directly onto the site.  Please go to the UCLA Graduate Division Online Application for more information on the process and to apply.  The UCLA Graduate Division Online Application consists of the application form and supporting documents, which must be submitted with a $80 (for U.S. citizens and Permanent Residents) or $100.00 (for all other applicants) on-line payment no later than January 10th for admission in the following fall.

You will be required to upload the following documents, so please have them prepared.

• Transcripts from each college or university attended in the U.S. or abroad (Only 1 Official version of your bachelors degree-granting institution's transcripts or equivalent will be required to be sent through regular mail). UCLA students and alums do not need to provide official versions as they can be verified internally.
• GRE Scores
• Statement of Purpose (SOP) -  A text box will be provided to fill in on the Online Application)
• Three Letters of Recommendation
• Current Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• JR/SR GPA Worksheet (Also available on the On-Line Application).  Provided is a sample of what it should look like completed for your reference: Sample JR/SR GPA Worksheet
• Quantitative Training Form (Also available on the On-Line Application)
• Policy Interests Form (Also available on the On-Line Application)
• NOT REQUIRED: Writing Sample on the Online Application site (Please leave blank)

International students must also submit:

• English-language requirement scores, either TOEFL (minimum score of 100 - 105 PREFERRED) or IETS; and a
• Confidential Financial Statement (CFS) -- You will be asked to provide this AFTER you are admitted.  Please DO NOT UPLOAD onto the application at this time.

 Please mail ONLY ONE COPY OF YOUR OFFICIAL  bachelor's degree-granting institution's transcripts or equivalent to:
