UCLA Luskin manages a number of rooms located within the Public Affairs Building. They are available to Luskin School faculty, staff and students on a no-cost basis and are available to rent by members of the greater UCLA community. There is an application for UCLA Luskin faculty and staff, UCLA Luskin students, and the broader UCLA Community.
UCLA Luskin Community
UCLA Luskin faculty, staff and student room reservations are made by departmental administrative staff. If it is an event, at the time of reservation, the requestor will complete a Room Request – Staff and Faculty or Room Request – Student Organization which will be used to generate the UCLA Events Online application process. These are considered UCLA Luskin events. All student organizations must be registered with the UCLA Center for Student Programs (CSP) to host a student event. CSP provides event guidelines and final approval for student events. The event application is forwarded to Tammy Borrero for scheduling on the UCLA Events Online system. UCLA Luskin faculty and staff may host affiliated campus units and reserve rooms on their behalf. UCLA Campus Community
Non-UCLA-Luskin faculty, staff and student groups may use space on a rental basis. These are considered non-UCLA-Luskin requests. Non-UCLA-Luskin reservations are made by the School’s operations staff. At the time of reservation, the requestor will complete a Room Request – UCLA Campus which will generate the online application process. This application includes rental fees and policies for non-UCLA-Luskin users. The event application is forwarded to Hien McKnight for scheduling on the University Events Online system. Reservations will not be accepted more than 30 days in advance of the event. Please review the UCLA Luskin Student Lounge/School Commons Use Guidelines before reserving the Commons.
General public/non-UCLA requests will be directed to the UCLA Events Office to provide agency information, proof of insurance, signed contract with UCLA Events, payment of up-front contract fees, etc. The reservation request will be placed “on hold” until UCLA Events requirements are satisfied. Reservations will not be accepted more than 30 days in advance of the event.
