
Elizabeth obtained her Master of Public Policy degree from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, and her B.A. in Politics and Ethnic Studies from Willamette University in Oregon. She is a Gates Millennium Scholar and a Public Policy and International Affairs Alumni. Elizabeth has been an immigrant rights advocate for years, and as a Bohnett Fellow at UCLA she worked for Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, supporting immigrant integration policy through the coordination of city services, outreach, and legislative advocacy.
