Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Public Policy, Economics
The Department of Public Policy in the UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin School of Public Affairs seeks to recruit one applicant for the position of Assitant Professor of Public Policy (JPF09900). We seek scholars within economics in the fields of applied microeconomics, labor, education, public, development, health or environmental economics. Scholars focusing on inequality or international contexts, especially Latin America, are encouraged to apply. Applicants must demonstrate strong public policy implications in their research and be prepared to teach core courses in microeconomics, econometrics, and elective policy courses. Teaching responsibilities would include undergraduate level courses as well as Masters level course instruction. A Ph.D. in Economics is required by the time of appointment.
