In this urgently needed two-part presentation, UCLA Activist-in-Residence, Tiny (Lisa) Gray-Garcia aka PovertySkola, will walk, pray, vision, spit poetry and talk-story us through how housed people with race, class or formal education privilege can linguistically liberate, lift up, honor, and radically share with houseless/ poor/ criminalized, disabled, youth, and elder “poverty skolaz” so that we can all be safe.
