The Task Force on the Digital Economy: Potential, Perils and Promises is a report presented to the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs. Its authors hope recommendations will lead to a global policy debate about ways to prevent the exploitation of children using technologies in the expanding digital economy.
