Bob Carr has built a distinguished career as a lawyer, an 18-year Member of Congress, and currently, an adjunct professor of Ethics & Congress in the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University. He will discuss congressional ethics and how our divided Congress may govern during the next four years. Congressman Carr is a Senior Fellow at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
