Matt Chamberlain is the Executive Vice President, Western U.S. for Patrinely, a national real estate firm headquartered in Houston with a proven 40-year track record specializing in investment, development, leasing and management of large-scale real estate assets in major markets. Matt leads the West Coast for Patrinely, responsible for sourcing opportunities and managing the development of data center, industrial and office projects west of the Rockies.

Prior to joining Patrinely, Matt lived and worked in Abu Dhabi as a Senior Investment Manager for the Americas Real Estate team at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. At ADIA, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, he identified, executed and managed investments throughout the capital stack in both debt and equity covering all property types. Prior to ADIA, Matt was the Chief Administrative Officer and VP of Portfolio

Strategy at ST Residential, the managing entity of a public private partnership between Starwood Capital, TGP Real Estate and the FDIC that was established to manage the assets of the failed Corus Bank. Matt started his career in real estate as an investment banking associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. following two years as a structured finance attorney in Washington, DC.

Matt graduated from the University of Florida with a dual degree in Finance and Management and subsequently earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.

Matt lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
