Professor Nash has been an advisor to the European Commission High Level Group on Transport Infrastructure Charging and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Transport Policy.Louis Thompson is Principal at Thompson, Galenson and Associates, a consulting firm working with public & commercial clients on railway & transportation issues in the U.S. & worldwide. He is a member of the California High-Speed Rail Peer Review Group and holds an MBA from Harvard University.
