UCLA Luskin Spring Career & Internship Fair
Tue, April 13, 2021, 12:15 – 2:15 PM PDT, Virtual
The career fair is a great opportunity for Luskin graduate students studying urban planning, public policy, and social welfare to engage with employers of interest hiring for full-time roles available for graduating 2nd year students or internship opportunities for 1st year students.
Luskin graduate students have wide interests, but often desire to work in local, state, and federal government, non-profit organizations, private sector organizations, mental health clinics, hospitals, and social service agencies, and ideally, there is representation from these wide-ranging sectors. For employers, this fair is the best recruiting opportunity of the year to meet Luskin students, and for students, this fair is the best networking opportunity of the year to meet employers.
How does the career fair work in a virtual format?
- Each organization will create their own virtual meeting room (Zoom, Google Hangout, WebEx, etc.), will control the settings of the event, and will start and run their own virtual meeting room on April 13 from 12:15-2:15.
- Student will have access to your virtual meeting room links on the day of the fair, and they will select which rooms to enter, popping in and out of rooms freely.
